    Q. When will I receive my stuff?

    A. After receiving payment, we ship your goods out the next working day. In some cases, short delays occur, but we will notify you of this prior to shipment.

    Q. I want to purchase an item from you, but am worried about
         importing into my country.. Do your customers ever have
         problems in this area?

    A. No. We have shipped to many countries and to date none of our customers have ever reported a problem. Sometimes delays occur but these are normal in-transit delays. Some of our devices may not be allowed in some countries. It is not illegal to own these devices, but if you are found using one you may risk prosecution. These devices are not allowed to be sold in-land but are allowed to be exported. We ship from many locations across the globe thereby ensuring you receive the fastest service.

    A. We are based in New Zealand, assuring you of the utmost in privacy and anonymity. New Zealand is a beautiful country and has some of the strongest privacy laws in the world. We export our products from various locations around the world, ensuring you receive the fastest service.

    Q. Your payment section includes the option of sending "well-
         concealed cash". Isn't this risky?

    A. This payment option is included for those who don't want to pay for or go through the hassle of purchasing a money order. If this method of payment is used correctly, the customer will receive the fastest service, as we don't have to go through the process of verifying the money order, cashing it, etc. As far as safety goes, this method is no more risky than any other payment method IF the customer conceals the cash well. There are billions of letters mailed every year, the chances of someone suspecting there's cash in your envelope is astronomical. However, this is at the buyer's risk, as it's their responsibility to hide the cash well by wrapping it in other papers, etc. If you choose this method, BE SURE to use at least a security envelope or preferably, be sure your cash is wrapped in lots of paper or other lightweight material to help in preventing possible theft. The best practice is to put your envelope in another envelope or package much larger, such as a jiffypak or another envelope:



    If you wish to send it inside of another envelope, etc - that's fine also. We have had no problems to date with buyers using this method and have only received praise for our even faster service in these cases. This is actually the best method for payment as it gives you the fastest service, highest anonymity and avoids money order / bank fees altogether!

    Q. How do I know you will perform the services and terms you
         promise?

    A. We appreciate our customers and will do exactly what we say we will do. Once most companies have your contact information, there's no telling how they use it. We ensure our users have control of their information. Your information is never stored online in any database and is not sold for any reason. We depend on the simple and often forgotten concept of Honesty. It's as simple as that!
